For over 19 years, I have been a Trustworthy Childbirth and Breastfeeding advocate and Informative resource serving families from all walks of life. Mother of 4 children, and grateful to have provided Labor and Birth Doula Care for over 200 Beautiful Births. I love sharing my many years of experience, knowledge, kind, and caring open heart. I do my very best to facilitate Your Needs. To the Best of my ability, I make sure you feel safe, well informed, heard, and Honored. I am a DONA International Trained and Certified Birth Doula.

My Services Include:
*In Home or Hospital Care
*Birth Doula Care/ Labor Coach (Non-Clinical)
* Labor & Birth Support- to include Emotional, Psychological, Informational, And if desired- Hands on Massage, Manual Therapy, Acupressure, Counterpressure, Cold and Heat Therapy , Peanut Ball and Rebozzo use, Optimal Fetal Positioning.
• Breastfeeding classes-Focused on the First 4 weeks of Newborn Feeding- We practice with Dolls and Cloth Breast Models, Go over the Anatomy and Physiology of the Breast, How to Breastfeed, Positions for optimal Latch, Common Problems and how to avoid them. How the Partner and others can support the Breastfeeding Person. Questions and Answers. Warm Line Anytime during Lactation Journey.
• Childbirth Classes- with focus on individual needs and how each individual envisions their own unique Labor and Birth. These classes are fun, interactive and experiential. We practice a Labor Rehearsal, to include Breathing Techniques, Proven Comfort Measures and Coping Skills for each Stage and Phase of Labor and Birth. I hope to instill more Confidence in the Mother and Partner, so they feel better informed and prepared.
*Medicated or Unmedicated Births
*Home, Hospital or Birth Center Labor Support
• Lactation Support- in Home or Hospital immediately after Birth and Beyond if needed
• Newborn and Postpartum care
*Mentorship for Birth Doulas of any level of Experience.

FREE La Leche League International Maui Mommies Breastfeeding support and encouragement meetings.

GROUP Classes:
Once a month Breastfeeding 101 GROUP- Two hour class - $55.00

Once a month Certified Lamaze Childbirth Preparation GROUP=5 hour Classes -$200.00

PRIVATE Classes:
2 hour Breastfeeding 101 = $75
3 to 5 hour Childbirth Education Class in our Kihei location- $175.00
or
Class outside Kihei in your own home- $250.00
CBE classes Includes Stages and Phases of Labor and Birth Doula Insights on how the Partner and/or family can best utilize comfort measures to assist the Mother in Labor. Interactive and Hands On Coping Skills Practice, such as Breathing Practice, Position Changes for Optimal Fetal Positioning, Acupressure, Counterpressure, Mock Labor Practice and Rehearsal, Communication Advocacy Skills
For optimal Shared Decision Making with Primary Care Providers at Home or Hospital

6 month Mentorship for Birth Doulas With Any Level of Experience= $1,000.00
(Central, Maui Lani, Kahului, Wailuku, Waikapu, Maalaea, Kihei, Wailea, Makena, South Maui , Makawao, Spreckelsville, Pukalani
*add $25.00 travel fee outside South Maui)

Rates for Services

Free 15 minute phone consultation for All your pregnancy/birth/postpartum/lactation needs.

$25.00 -- 30 minute in person Birth Doula/Labor Coach Consultation

Birth Doula Fee Sliding Scale $1,200.00 to $2,000.00. For Financial Hardship I can Slide down to meet your needs.
