Chelle Claire is a yoga enthusiast and internationally accredited yoga & meditation teacher with over 15+ years of experience. She recently became a mom and strives to support other mom’s in their discovery to leading harmonious and more balanced lives. She wants to offer a donation/ trade yoga class for Mamas and Baby, as a time to come together with other mothers, bond with their babies, have fun and get in some yoga too.

Classes will incorporate some infant movements as well and yoga for mama and baby to do together. All mama/ babies will move at their own pace. Taking breaks to feed, soothe, rest or change are welcomed.
