INNATE Postpartum Care: Preparing for the Fourth Trimester Course to be offered January 2022 through PBC!

Taught by PBC community members Alysha Higgins and Eden Flynn

Rest. Food. Bodywork. Warmth. Community. These are the 5 essentials of mother-centered postpartum care. These essentials are found throughout the world’s ancient postpartum traditions because they are deeply rooted in women’s physiologic and psychologic needs. This course interweaves time-tested postpartum wisdom with modern science.

It will consist of five classes to help mothers, families, and their support people create a postpartum plan tailored to their unique needs. Are you A PREGNANT mama birthing after January 2022 and looking for guidance navigating the postpartum period AND a community experience that will help you prepare for motherhood after baby?

PBC is offering the INNATE Postpartum Care: Planning for the 4th Trimester 5 class series in January.. Taught by @embodied.motherhood and @somasister, both certified INNATE Postpartum Care providers

Classes are 2 hours in duration and are held JANUARY, 2 class on Saturdays and 2 classes on Wednesday evenings

Class#1/ Jan 22/ 10am to 12:30 pm (zoom): Intro, meet and greet, innate postpartum care and the 5 essentials of postpartum healing

Class #2/ Jan 26/ 5pm to 7pm (via zoom): The First 3 postpartum care essentials

Class #3/ Jan 29/ 10am to 12:30pm ( via zoom): The Fourth and Fifth Postpartum Care Essentials

Class #4/ Feb 2/ 5 pm to 7 pm (zoom): Postpartum Planning session

Class #5 is post birth and to be scheduled by the Cohort after all have given birth

Space is limited to 15 families! Registration is now open and there is a great savings through PBC, offered at $249 per family for 10 hours of instruction.
