This is a reunion for members who have participated in the Mindful Childbirth and Parenting class with Carol. Please bring the whole family, including babies! This is an in person reunion at the Pacific Birth Collective Center in Haiku. Looking forward to meditating together, sharing "Life as it is now", sharing the birth experience in the context of mindfulness, and exploring your strength as new "Baby Parents".
