We spend months preparing for birth—a 6 to 40-hour window. Yet we barely prepare for postpartum recovery, a 6 to 8-week minimum window of profound vulnerability and transformation. The gap is real. The cost is high. And the solution has been here all along, woven through cultures worldwide, held within the wisdom of Ayurveda and the Universal Mother Principles. In this workshop, we share the framework that has transformed my own practice and the practices of hundreds of conscious caregivers: understanding postpartum through the lens of qualities rather than conditions, and meeting those qualities with their natural opposites. It's elegantly simple. Deeply effective. And immediately applicable.
