FOUNDATIONS OF BIRTH

Feel confident, prepared, and connected as you get ready to welcome your baby. This hands-on, evidence-based class covers labor, comfort techniques, pain management, and emotional preparation, while honoring Maui’s diverse cultural values.

 

Taught by experienced midwives and educators, you’ll leave with practical skills, partner exercises, and a take-home workbook to guide you every step of the way.

Birth is just the beginning. This hands-on, evidence-based class prepares families for the sacred postpartum period, helping you care for yourself and your newborn with confidence.

Taught by experienced midwives and postpartum specialists, you’ll learn about postpartum recovery, newborn care, feeding, soothing, sleep, and emotional wellness for parents and partners. With interactive activities, discussions, and a take-home workbook, you’ll leave feeling supported, empowered, and ready for life with your new baby.

THE FOURTH TRIMESTER

Attend both the Foundations of Birth and The Fourth Trimester classes and receive a discounted rate.

These courses are open to all expectant families, partners, and support people — and are designed to reflect the cultural values and community connections that make birth on Maui so special.
