I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor offering telehealth services for women going through major life transitions, including but not limited to, pregnancy and postpartum periods. I am also available for in-person birth doula support.

Experience
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Hawaii (MHC 1188). I hold a Masters degree in both Counseling Psychology and Teaching, and hold additional certifications in Holistic Health Coaching, 200-hr Yoga Teacher Training and as a Birth Doula.
