Emotional Support & Resource Navigation

Pacific Birth Collective offers an in-house Navigator to guide families through life’s challenges. We understand that every family’s needs are unique. Whether you’re navigating mental health challenges, need a listening ear, or require support with parenting, wellness, our need resources for financial, housing,  child-care…our Navigator is here for you.

The Navigator Program is a 6-month support journey designed to walk beside you during pregnancy, birth, or early parenting.

We created this program to help ease some of the stress that can come with this season of life. When basic needs—like food, housing, emotional wellbeing, and access to care—are supported, you can focus more fully on what matters most: you and your baby.

The program includes:

  • Access to all PBC events on our calendar for the duration of the program—workshops, support circles, educational gatherings, and more.

  • Personalized support through a PBC Navigator, who will gently guide you with one-on-one care, encouragement, and connection to local resources that meet your unique needs— from mental health support, parenting advice, or resources for housing, childcare or financial assistance.

A Navigator can assist with:

  • Help connecting with supportive providers and services

  • Assistance navigating systems like Med-QUEST, housing, WIC, legal aid, and safety planning

  • Ongoing check-ins and resource updates based on your needs and preferences

What to expect:

  • A Navigator will reach out to schedule your initial meeting

  • You’ll receive a minimum of one check-in per month for the duration of the program

  • At the end of the 6 months, we’ll invite you to complete a short survey and share a testimonial, if you’re willing

  • Support is available by phone, text, or in-person, based on your preference

What we ask of you:

  • Acknowledge, adhere to and respect our values

  • Let us know if your contact info or needs change

  • Reach out if something feels hard—we’re here to help

Informed Consent:

By participating in the Navigator Program, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Your personal information is confidential and will only be shared with your permission—except in cases where we are legally required to report concerns, such as suspected abuse or danger to self or others.

  • You can opt out of the program at any time.

  • Participation in this program is completely voluntary and based on your needs, goals, and comfort.
