For eleven years, Pacific Birth Collective has welcomed our community together each Labor Day to celebrate the strength, resilience, and beauty of Hawaiʻi’s families. What began as a gathering has grown into a beloved annual tradition - a space where families connect, local businesses thrive, resources are shared, and community is nurtured.
This year, we’re especially excited to invite you to our Rooted in Care Labor Day Celebration.

We are honored to be coordinating this year’s Maui Māmā’s Market alongside incredible community partners who share our vision of uplifting local families and strengthening Maui County through connection.
We’re inviting local vendors, artists, makers, wellness practitioners, nonprofits, food vendors, and small businesses from throughout Maui County to be part of this special day. If you’d like to showcase your business at the Maui Māmā’s Market, we’d love to have you join us.
Vendor fees are $75 for a 10'x10' outdoor space. You must provide your own tent, table, and chairs.
Interisland Vendors Welcome
We know that innovation and entrepreneurship thrive across every island. To help make participation more accessible, a limited interisland travel stipend is available for vendors traveling from Molokaʻi and Lānaʻi. We would love to see entrepeneurs from our sister island communities represented. After registering for a vendor booth and indicating that you are from Moloka'i or Lāna'i, a member of our event planning team will reach out to assist with your travel arrangements. Tents, tables, and chairs will be provided for interisland vendors.

This Year's Theme
Our 2026 theme, Rooted in Care, is centered on maternal and ʻohana mental health. We believe that mental health is not something we experience alone - it is shaped by the relationships, culture, and communities that surround us.
In Hawaiʻi, we know healing has always happened in relationship.
When we gather to share food, stories, laughter, music, culture, and support, we create spaces where people feel seen, connected, and cared for. These moments of belonging help reduce isolation, strengthen resilience, and remind us that none of us have to navigate life’s challenges alone.
As part of our Rooted in Care campaign, we are committed to reducing the stigma surrounding maternal mental health by creating welcoming spaces where families, birthworkers, caregivers, and community members can connect openly and compassionately.
Rooted in Care is a community celebration and a call to action. Together, we can build a culture where asking for help is welcomed, support is accessible, and every family has the opportunity to thrive.
