I am a physical therapist specializing in pelvic floor PT. I also have my CLT certification to work with swelling and sluggish lymph and am a registered yoga teacher. I provide care for pregnant and postpartum women dealing with anything from pain, swelling and joint instability to recovery from diastisis recti, surgical scar mobilization, and all things most people do not really like to talk about i.e. prolapse, incontinence, painful intercourse.

About the Provider
I am originally from northern CA but have mostly lived in southern California. I obtained my doctorate for physical therapy at Chapman University in Orange County. It was in that program I first learned about pelvic health and what an incredible impact it has on quality of life. All too often moms are told their new symptoms are a repercussion of pregnancy or childbirth and that it is "normal". Unfortunately it is typical (but not normal) because there is not enough awareness on conservative approaches to healing. I am very excited to be a new member of the island community. Looking forward to helping out the mothers of this island and hopefully getting some free time to dive with sharks!
