I offer acupuncture and holistic care rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Whether supporting fertility, pregnancy, or postpartum, my work focuses on mental and emotional well-being, hormonal and reproductive health, pain relief, digestive balance, and restful sleep.

About the Provider
I came to this work out of a deep reverence for the body. I was in nursing school and looking for something that felt more aligned with how I understand the interconnectivity of the body, mind and spirit. My first love was always women's health. I had the dream of being a midwife for as long as I can remember, but when I was introduced to acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine, I knew I had found my match. I believe that slowing down and listening to the body, allows transformation, which is exactly what acupuncture has taught me. I feel honored to support women through all stages of their reproductive journey by creating a safe, restorative space to nurture body, mind, and spirit.
