Service Details
Somatic Experiencing® works directly with the nervous system to bring it into a place of resiliency so that it can reduce the impacts that stress and trauma have had on the body. My passion is for supporting our birthing community, families, and the practitioners supporting them. This work can be done anytime, from preconception through postpartum, no matter how many days or decades ago that was. Our body remembers everything even when our brains do not, so renegotiation of events can happen anytime.

Rates of Service
My sessions are between 60-90 minutes (each session is different, some days feel complete in 60min, others need more time). Everyone receives a complementary 15 min introductory phone call before booking your first appointment I am offering a sliding scale of $65-$100 for each session.
About the Provider
My background is in Early Childhood Education. After taking a break from that work to pursue photography and continue my own healing, I am now ready to support my community in a deeper way. I first found Somatic Experiencing® as a client. It was the first time in my long healing journey that I felt deep shifts, like I had dug up some roots responsible for ongoing stressors and trauma responses. The shifts I have experienced from this work have made me so passionate to bring it to others. My continued education includes Somatic Experiencing®, Unlearning the White Colonial Mind, Trauma and Transcendence, The Fourth Trimester, Advanced Somatic Resolution Skills for Perinatal Trauma, Advanced Strategies for Working with Sexual Trauma and Sexuality, NeuroAffective Touch, and a Birthing Class from Flor Cruz and Lia Berquist.
