Aloha, I am a licensed acupuncturist and herbalist, specializing in pregnancy and women's health. I am a trained doula, and have worked with birthing mama's and families for 17 years. I deeply believe in the empowerment of women through the birth process, through education and choice. I hope to help support as many mama's as possible to create the birth they want for themselves and their babies, whatever that looks like for them. I use acupuncture, chinese herbal medicine, flower essences, homeopathy, diet and nutrition, and nutritional supplements when appropriate to support my patients in a truly holistic way.
