Service Details
The services I provide are informed by the principles of Ayurveda, a holistic system of healing based in nature and the understanding that we are deeply and inseparably connected to the natural world. These principles are applied to any kind of cuisine mama finds nourishing. The postpartum meals I offer are designed specifically for newborn mamas, using local and organic ingredients grown on Kaua'i. Each meal is balanced, easy to digest, and personally tailored to include the herbs, spices, and ingredients that are supportive to and enjoyed by each mama.

About the Provider
I started cooking professionally on ships in 2010. In 2012, I trained as an Ayurvedic Chef and began cooking for yoga retreats and teacher trainings at Hale Pule on Kaua’i. I’ve been an Ayurvedic Oil Treatment Technician since 2014, and had my first complete month-long postpartum caregiving experience in Minnesota in 2018. It inspired me to dive deeper into postpartum studies of all kinds, and I became a Certified Postpartum Caregiver in 2020. I have been supporting mamas on Kaua’i and across the continental US since then.
