Service Details

At Maui Doula, I aim to serve Maui parents and parents-to-be using education, support and movement; so they can go into this new chapter with confidence and joy while preserving their identity and autonomy. I achieve this through individualized doula care, both birth and postpartum. Through private and community prenatal yoga classes. As well as childbirth education, postpartum planning and newborn care for you and your partner (if applicable). Providing evidence-based, non-biased information for pregnancy, birth, and postpartum transition. Check out my Google reviews (Maui Doula) for testimonials of my work from past clients and students!

About the Provider

My family and I have called Maui home since 2011. I am the mother of three and have experienced birth in three very different ways. This is what sparked my passion for birth work. I have held space for birthing people and their families in hospitals and at home. I have traveled to Oahu with several high risk clients to birth their babies. I have attended several doula workshops including DONA, Spinning Babies and Purely Doula. I have certifications as a birth and postpartum doula, prenatal yoga instructor and a childbirth educator. I have taken courses centered around fear release, meditation, breath work, and hypnobirthing. When I'm not learning more about birth, I love the theater, both being onstage or off. I love spending time with my children and my husband, hiking, swimming and playing boardgames.
