I'm Megan and I have been a professional nanny for five years and a postpartum doula since 2018, as well as a certified Newborn Care Specialist since 2022. If your not familiar with what a NCS does, our main goal is to support you and your baby get the rest that you need. We offer overnight care for newborns and are experts in healthy and safe sleeping practices, sleep conditioning, feeding schedules, identifying common issues, giving helpful tips and recommendations, while and guiding & supporting parents with evidence-based information. We also look out for the first signs of postpartum mood disorders and can be valuable advocates for the entire family.
