Service Details

We offer specialized compassionate, evidence-based perinatal mental health care with a focus on thoughtful psychiatric evaluation, medication management and psychotherapy before, during, and after pregnancy.

Delivering compassionate mental health care to individuals across the lifespan—including children, adolescents, teens, adults, geriatric, and perinatal populations. Our approach centers on supporting brain health while honoring each individual’s values, experiences, and concerns.

About the Provider

Memphis Sandoval, PMHNP-BC, is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to individuals across the lifespan—including children, adolescents, teens, adults, geriatric, and perinatal populations. Her diverse clinical background uniquely equips her to approach patient care with empathy, insight, and a deep respect for individualized treatment.

Memphis began her nursing career after earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Loyola University Chicago in 2015. She went on to receive her Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health from Walden University in 2020. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, she gained invaluable experience working as a float nurse across various clinical settings, including Intensive Care Unit, Medical-Surgical, Labor & Delivery, Mommy/Baby Unit, and Geriatric Nursing Facilities. This broad-based experience informs her comprehensive and holistic approach to mental health care.
