I offer my ancestral Traditional Mesoamerican Medicine, focusing on bodywork, movement, nutricion, and spiritual care for birth preparation. I practice the postpartum rituals of "La Cuarentena" through warming foods, bodywork, yoni steams, herbal baths and remedies taught to me by my community.
