I am trained in prenatal yoga and currently just volunteer my time to teach veterans for private classes. I try to incorporate yoga into my chiropractic treatment by prescribing appropriate poses to support mothers and children on their health journey.

At Align Studio Chiropractic, we are in network with all major insurances on the island; HMAA, HMSA, VA, Kaiser/ASH, Cigna, Aetna, BCBS Out of pocket prices $85 New Patient Exam & Adjustment, $55 Follow Up appointments Mobile Chiropractic is $95 plus driving fee for Initial Consultation/Treatment, Follow up Appointments $75 plus driving fee Private Yoga Session $120/hour, $80/45 min session, $50/30 min session, group session $333 up to 4 people along with driving fee Reiki Individual Session $111 first session, $77.77 follow up appointments
