Service Details

As a full spectrum doula I have offered birth doula, postpartum doula, infant and overnight care support to clients for over six years - including experience with twins. Specializing in somatic comfort measures for the pregnancy and birth journey including massage, guided meditation and intentional visualization, my offering are especially helpful for those wishing to achieve intervention and medication-free births. I support clients before and after the birth with tailored comfort measures and evidence-based support and planning in coordination with your entire birth support team. My work is informed and supported by my experience with and awareness of Spinning Babies and Hypnobabies curriculum. My work is grounded in a trauma-informed ethos and awareness.

About the Provider

I came to doula work because of the positively transformative experiences I've had in relation to sexual health and reproductive thresholds when I've had non judgmental and unconditional, trauma-informed support. I help my clients identify patterns they'd like to step out of in order to keep at least one foot on the ground throughout their entire process of planning, visualizing, and experiencing birth and reproductive decision. Reverence for the cycles of nature and our bodies connection to it informs my approach.
