Restorative Prenatal Yoga Private or Small Group Sessions & Classes in your home, private space, or in nature. Pregnant & Postpartum women are always welcome to attend my Sunday sessions in Kihei from 9-10AM.“Healing in the Gardens” is a very gentle practice with a focus on sound healing, breathwork, gentle yoga, qigong movements & guided meditation. This is an all ages & levels donation-based wellness offering @ South Maui Gardens. Suitable for all trimesters using props & taking appropriate variations.
