I have done Doula work for about 6 years with women in a variety of different seasons; in the season of trying to get pregnant, pregnancy, as well as postpartum and beyond. I am passionate about the power we have as women, especially when it comes to pregnancy & labor. I thoroughly enjoy being a part of women learning their strengths as they go into motherhood and supporting them emotionally and physically through such a special transition. I strive to educate woman in the natural ways of coping through labor and being tuned in to their body and their baby. I specifically have worked with many women who have had difficulties in labor and am able to remain calm and retain a peaceful presence in the midst of chaos; as well as directing others in the birth space as needed.
