i am both a bodyworker and a midwife and i allow those modalities to inform each other, nourishing and enriching my approach to abdominal therapy, midwifery care and pediatric craniosacral therapy sessions. i have been a licensed massage therapist since 2004 and a licensed midwife since 2011. i have training in pediatric craniosacral therapy, Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy®, Acutonics®, NeurOptimal® neurofeedback, plant medicine, energy medicine, reproductive healthcare and fertility for bodies born with a uterus, and normal physiological pregnancy, birth & postpartum care. i hold a master of science in midwifery from Bastyr University in Washington State and i blend evidence based care, recommendations, and practice with intuition and informed choice. i am so grateful for the opportunity to journey with clients who are empowered to make informed choices about their bodies and births.
