Foundations of Childbirth is Pacific Birth Collective’s comprehensive childbirth education class — designed to help families feel informed, confident, and connected as they prepare to welcome their baby. Grounded in modern, evidence-based perinatal education, this course supports all birth settings — home, birth center, or hospital — and honors the diverse cultural values of our Maui community. Taught by experienced midwives, birth workers, and educators, each session combines interactive learning with practical tools. Families will receive a beautiful take-home workbook, engage in hands-on activities and partner exercises, and explore topics including: 1. Stages of labor and birth 2.
