Service Description
Pregnancy is a season of enormous change, and no one should have to navigate it alone. Pacific Birth Collective’s Pregnancy Support Circle is a welcoming online space to connect with others who are walking through pregnancy, ask questions, talk story, share experiences, and simply be in community. There is so much focus on preparing for a baby, but the emotional wellbeing of the person carrying that baby matters, too. Gathering in circle reminds us that our questions, fears, excitement, uncertainty, and changing identities are all worthy of being held and heard. Come exactly as you are. You do not need to have a specific concern or be struggling to participate. This is a space for connection, community, growing together, and building your village before your baby arrives. Part of our Rooted in Care initiative — because community health is mental health.
