Wellness Wednesdays
Wellness Wednesdays
Weekly clinic offering body work and other wellness services to pregnant & postpartum families.
Service Description
This class is included in our monthly class pass membership. Wellness Wednesdays are a weekly community wellness clinic at the Pacific Birth Collective Haʻikū Healing Center, created for pregnant people (hāpai), postpartum parents, and families with young children. Each week, participants can receive gentle, hands-on healing services from licensed and traditional practitioners in a calm, supportive environment. Services may include massage, acupuncture, craniosacral therapy, reiki, and other holistic healing modalities designed to ease pain, reduce stress, support recovery after birth, and promote overall wellbeing. Care is always adapted to the needs of pregnant and postpartum bodies and offered with care, respect, and cultural grounding. Wellness Wednesdays are designed to be flexible and accessible — you can come for a single session or return regularly for ongoing support. Whether you are dealing with physical discomfort, emotional stress, or simply need time to rest and be cared for, this weekly clinic offers a place to receive healing and feel supported during pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenting.
