Malama I Ke Ola Health Center. This center also takes Quest. If a pregnant person plans to birth at home and share this with the team there, they will promptly deny that person any further care and will refuse to see them as a patient for future pregnancies and women's care. They do have a Certified Nurse Midwife on staff.

If you don't have insurance, you can apply for insurance via Quest (pregnant people are prioritized), and/or you can explore care with a home birth midwife.

Dual Care - Choosing a Home Birth & Continuing OB/GYN Care

Kaiser if you have Kaiser insurance, they cannot deny you care if you choose to birth at home, though they are likely to recommend against it.

Malama I Ke Ola Health Center If you choose to birth at home, they will deny you any prenatal or postpartum care and may refuse you as a patient for subsequent pregnancies, even if you are choosing to birth at the hospital in a subsequent pregnancy.
