Making A Simple Herbal Tea, Iced or Warm

  1. Place a tea bag in your cup or mug. If using loose tea, fill the infuser with the amount of tea specified on the package for how many servings you need.

  2. Bring fresh, cold water to a rolling boil.

  3. Once boiling, pour over the tea bag and steep according to the timing above based on your tea variety. Herbal tea can be steeped overnight.

  4. Remove the tea bag from the cup/ strain loose herbs.  Add any honey or sweetener if wanted.

  5. You can double the amount and store extra tea in the fridge for easily accessible iced tea. Make sure to label and date.
