PBC Advocacy & Statement on Conflict in the Middle East

A threat to reproductive justice anywhere is a threat to reproductive justice everywhere. SisterSong defines reproductive justice as "the human right to maintain personal bodily autonomy, have children, not have children, and parent the children we have in safe and sustainable communities."

The continued terrorist attacks on the Palestinian people, the historical and current violence against Jews in Israel and around the globe, and the hate crimes that have increased as a result of propaganda, are all a threat to reproductive justice.

As we focus on recovery in our own island community, we send love and light to other communities experiencing tragedy and hardship and we stand with all of those who are committed to peace and justice. As an organization whose mission is education, support, and advocacy in birth and wellness choices, our hearts are with the suffering mamas, babies, and families.
